Please be on time to your appointment. Whilst we understand that customers may be late through no fault of their own, any late arrivals of 15 minutes or later, we can cancel and rearrange the appointment. You will be charged 100% of the grooming fee. Payment must be cleared in order to re-book back in with us.

On the drop off to your appointment you will be told what time to collect your dog. Please collect your dog on time, any late pick ups will be charged £5 for every 15 minutes late of the given collection time.

If you do not turn up to your appointment or cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment, we will require 100% of the grooming fee before we can make another appointment.

This is a small business and we kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment with us, we request at least 48 hours notice as cancelling within 48 hours or forgetting an appointment means we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.

If you cancel the day before your scheduled appointment, we will require 50% of the grooming fee before we can make another appointment.

We cannot groom any pregnant dogs or in season because of hygiene and behavioural reasons, if you have an appointment booked in and your dog is pregnant or comes into season, please contact us and we can reschedule the appointment.

We cannot groom any dogs that have had any sickness within the last 24 hours. Please contact us and we can reschedule the appointment.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and flea and worming. You must be confident and confirm your dog is fit to be groomed. Any sick or elderly dogs we groom is at the owners risk.

If we find any fleas on your dog while grooming, we will stop the groom and treat them with a flea treatment bath. This will be an additional charge of £5-£10. This charge covers the cost of the flea treatment bath and products used to disinfect the entire salon.

If you dog comes in matted we will require your permission to shave off the matted coat. We do not accept liability for any effects post groom of a matted coat, this could include redness or irritation on your dogs skin.

There will be an additional charge between £5-£20 depending on how severe the matting is. This covers the cost of damage/wear and tear to our equipment.
