Regular nail trimming ensures your dog is happy and comfortable. If your dogs nails are long, this can cause problems and can be painful.

If left too long the nail can curve under the paw and dig into the skin which can cause infection and is painful.

 

Sometimes we are only able to take the tips of the nails off because of the vein in the nail called the quick. Coming in for regular nail trims will help push the quick back, resulting in shorter nails over time.
